Corporate events are an important time for sharing and exchanging views with clients and partners. We create these opportunities to meet each other in person in a cultural and pleasant context, in order to put communication in first place.

In the year 2020, we have launched a Youth Innovation Lab course composed of 12 young employees who will identify and submit solutions in the field of sustainability in order to build Roveda's future together. It is very important for us to add value to the young talents present in the company. We also organize training courses targeted to nurture a mind-set open to innovative ideas, turning them into achievable and tangible ones.

Since 2015 we have an active partnership with IED for students majoring in Shoes & Accessories Design. We provide them with a training course which gives live demonstrations on the shoe design planning steps. We then give our support in the planning of their final assignment and in the realisation of prototypes.

Meeting rooms have been renovated and equipped with updated equipment allowing top connections for meetings and business presentations.

The Roveda Academy Project created in 2016 is a training organization to ensure that skills are passed down to the younger generation. The ‘savoir-faire’ of our expert craftsmen is too precious to be lost.
